This album came to define goth rock when it was released in 1982, and catapulted The Cure to their present infamy. Today we’ve brought together eight of contemporary post punk and deathrock’s finest to bring a fresh take on this legendary album – Annex, Lunch, Flowers and Fire, Curezum, Kaspar Hauser, Aztec Death, Ambersmoke and Hide. These bands are vital to the post punk revival, and show us why on this amazing comp!
