When life feels too real, I need the fuck-it-all attitude that punks like Shrinkwrap Killers bring into my life! What’s weird in our world has been turned on its head and the people who thought they had normal on lock are losing it. Seriously, after watching the video for “It’s Not a Dead Body Inside this Bag” all I really want to do is wrap my head in shrinkwrap and see how much of a reaction I can get out of my local Starbucks. The track is off their upcoming split 7″ with Cosmic Reef Temple that’s out in September on Wave Guardian Records. They’ve also got another album in the works via Iron Lung Records this fall. Shrinkwrap Killers has an addictive sound that gets me out of my head and into my weird and for that I’m eternally grateful to them! Right now, imagine what it’s like to wake up in a morgue and watch “It’s Not a Dead Body Inside this Bag.”
