Waiting patiently for death. Those are the lines that stand out to me on Hundred Year Old Man‘s single “Livyatan” that we’re sharing with you today. We all die, and none of us know when. We all move on from life, but it’s a process more painful than birth. If only we could learn to truly celebrate every life. Watching this video, I’m feeling the immense weight of HYOM’s all-encompassing post-rock, laced with a hint of black metal dissonance and doom melancholy.
