Wash Away Fear With the Dreamy Shoegaze of GLAZYHAZE “Nirvana”

There’s something magical about the quiet opening moments of the new video from GLAZYHAZE for their single “Nirvana.” Walking the path, unsure what lies ahead, the silence of the world leaving you to navigate the liminal space between birth and death. Then the quiet, confident, driving melody kicks in, and their dreamy indie shoegaze has captivated me again. It’s off their record SONIC that comes out on March 21st — get it here. This song reminds me that we’re in the liminal space between ages, wresting what love and peace we can from the flapping jowls of hate. It’s moments like this, hearing Glazyhaze’s “Nirvana” fill my ears and mind, that help me remember to let go and get pulled into the sonic currents that wash away fear and confusion. Check out “Nirvana” below…

‘SONIC’ explores the complexity of love, tracing a personal journey of self-discovery and emotional contrasts across its two distinct halves that reflect light and dark.
