Fly High on the Stunning Illustrations of JOHN BIGGS

Each of JOHN BIGGS‘s illustrations tells a story. With masterful strokes, he draws out a moment in time with a thousand words etched into every place his brush lands. His artwork travels all over the world, capturing moments in people’s lives that define their culture and their commonality with all cultures at the same time. There’s so much movement in each piece, no matter whether his palette is vibrant or muted. His skateboard icons tarot series is so amazing, and I really hope that he’s working on a whole deck because I would buy them in a heartbeat. Check out his comic books and pick up prints, pins, and zines on his shop. Below, see what he’s been working on recently…

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
