Explore the Gritty Noise Rock Streets in the NASTIE BAND “Shapeshift” Video Premiere

NASTIE BAND is back with a short film for their iconic track “Shapeshift” off their self-titled debut released via Sleeping Giant Glossolalia in 2019. “Shapeshift” is an unsettling amalgam of industrial, noise, and doomy rock n’ roll, with some horror-movie-esque synths riding on top of it all. The band has created a short film, that will be paired with concert footage in a limited edition VHS offering out via SGG sometime this year (stay tuned here). Today we’re the lucky ones who get to share the hypnotic, tense, and wonderfully strange video for “Shapeshift” with you! This weekend, catch them live at the Roddy Bottum Birthday Bash on July 1st at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC, get tickets here! Now hit play on our premiere of “Shapeshift” and explore the disturbing and gritty soundscapes of NASTIE BAND…

With leather, chains, macabre makeup, and a cast of characters including an 85-year-old vocalist, shirtless twin brothers, and iconic keyboard player Roddy Bottum (Faith No More, Imperial Teen), Nastie Band is one of New York City’s most thrilling spectacles.
