80s Hardcore

The Best ’80s UK Punk Documentary You Will See This Week!

1984 going into 1985 was an interesting time for me and the way I saw hardcore. I was starting to get into reggae heavily, as well as post-punk. During this time, I was still an avid reader of MMR – my favorite sections were their international coverage. One band from the UK that really sparked my interest was The Stupids – their music was rad, plus they skated. They were a part of a young scene that included Ripcord and Heresy. This documentary you are about to see, Music Nation: Soap The Stamps, will shed light on a very interesting time in music history!
