I know I’m not alone in saying this, but the STAR WARS movies have become a culture unto themselves. For me personally, when the fist one came out it was the first time I had ever seen people go so crazy over a movie. I will never forget being a little kid, looking out of the car widow at humans camped out in front of theaters all over L.A. – then I got to see the film for myself, and I realized what all of the hype was about! Decades later, generations of people have become HUGE fans of Star Wars. A byproduct of this is STAR WARS fan art, and it can be even more striking than the art that is sanctioned by the franchise itself.
