The Great Satan At Large was an unholy public access show that aired in 1991 in Tucson. All I can say is watching this is like watching G.G. Allin broadcasting his own TV show from HELL! The creator of The Great Satan At Large, Lou Perfidio (The Great Satan), faced 40 years of prison time after this episode aired, and he decided to leave town.
