Party to the Addictive Rowdy Punk of SMARTS “Cling Wrap”

Just try not to nod your head and swing your limbs while you listen to SMARTS “Cling Wrap”! It’s the end of my Monday and I’m tired af, thinking about how fucking smart I am for making tonight’s dinner yesterday like a friggen supermom and how I might drag myself into bed at 10pm – and then I hit play on this track and it was like a bolt of lightning zapped through me! This is addictive punk in the vein of the 1980s golden era! It’s making me miss our local punk house backyard shows so bad. I just want to dance surrounded by drunk rowdies that’ve been wearing the same pair of fishnets every day for the past two weeks! “Cling Wrap” is off their debut record Who Needs Smarts, Anyway? that comes out on Feel It Records (US) and Anti Fade Records (AU) on October 16th, and you can pre-order it on their sites. Right now we’re pleased to share this slice of civilized music with you below:

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
