Even the Dead can Dance to the Punk Blues of THE STOOLS Live in Detroit

Kyle Edmonds

If you infuse any genre of music with blues it makes it better…and Detroit punks THE STOOLS do just that, as any Motor City dwellers should! If you can listen to The Stools without getting up off your ass to dance then you must be dead. Their new record R U Saved? comes out on June 2nd via Feel It Records —pre-order it here or via Bandcamp. Check out some live footage of The Stools below, as well as a couple of singles off their upcoming record. Their LP release shows are this Friday and Saturday in Detroit and Cincinnati so if you’re alive and south of the Canadian border (or in Windsor) then make sure you’re at one!

THE STOOLS LP release shows:

June 2: Detroit at UFO Factory w/ Prude Boys, Sugar Tradition, DJ Danny Kroha

June 3: Cincinnati at The Nest w/ The Cowboys, Sugar Tradition, Beef
