“PUNTER have gathered for you the best bits from all the shit you thought could never be mates.” I think this sentence perfectly captures the sounds that started infiltrating my brain when I hit play on this Melbourne band’s video for “A Minute’s Silence.” It was like their sounds were coursing through my mind and pulling out strands of ’77 punk, heavy metal drum solos, grunge riffs, and thrash attitude and weaving it into one rocking fucking song!
