Immerse Yourself in the Noise Punk Visual Masterpiece that is

Lars Wolfshield

Have you ever thought about what human society looks like on an energetic level? I mean the frequencies we can’t see or perceive, and the bigger story that our overlords work so hard to prevent us from discerning. I do, and I think the new video for “CHIRP” from FUCK MONEY pretty much nails it.

With this onslaught of noise punk madness, this Texas band has captured the ridiculous circus of consumer capitalism, cultural hegemony, and financial colonization we’re subjected to day in and day out. I left my home today, and 90% of the people walking the sidewalks and crossing the streets had their faces in their phones. From now on, I’m going to picture them staring at this Fuck Money video by KokoFreakBean on a loop. At least they’re learning something and listening to a sick-ass punk song while they do.

Fuck Money’s got some new releases to consume and a SXSW showcase coming up and you can check them out here. Right now, let your mind get sucked into the masterpiece that is Fuck Money’s video for “CHIRP.”

They say we’re worthless
We don’t fit their purpose
I’m gonna reach my time
I won’t spend my life
Drinking tide
Reading lies
Believing thieves who wanna see me die
I don’t trust my phone
I don’t change my mind till I die
The grey world outside is too fried
And I don’t leave my home
It’s way too risky
And I don’t even care
You’re just gonna miss me
And I don’t even know
If you can find me
But all I know
I’m at home
They say we’re worthless
We don’t fit their purpose
They say we’re worthless
I say that’s perfect!
And I don’t leave my home
