For the past couple of years, I have been doing a lot of purging of negativity in my life – physical, mental and emotional – in order not to succumb to the depression that has loomed over me. Like I’ve said many times over the past two years, music has played a huge part in releasing any energies I don’t want living in my heart space. So when I come across music that cleanses and purifies, I can feel it right away. Many people think that some New Age bullshit spa music is what heals – but I know that the sounds of universe are dark, deep and heavy.
