See These Extremely Creepy BTK Self-Bondage Shots

Funny how a guy who looks like a cop managed to evade the cops for so long…

Dennis Rader, aka BTK, was captured by police in 2005, 31 years after torturing and murdering his first victims, the Otero family — Joseph Otero, age 38; Julie Otero, age 33; Joseph Otero Jr., age 9; and Josephine Otero, age 11. He went on to kill Kathryn Bright (April 4, 1974), Shirley Vian Relford (March 17, 1977), Nancy Fox (December 8, 1977), Marine Hedge (April 27, 1985), Vicki Wegerle (September 16, 1986), and Dolores E. Davis (January 19, 1991). The entire time he was on his killing spree, he was mailing letters to the media and police claiming responsibility and blaming “Factor X” for his mission to murder mostly women and children.

Upon his eventual, long-awaited capture, police found his stash of self-bondage photos. In between his murders, he would indulge his fantasies of sexual sadism, voyeurism, autoerotic asphyxiation, and cross-dressing in motels or his garage and photograph himself doing it. What follows are actual photos of Dennis Rader found among his letters, murder plans, and journals.
