Enter Your Post-Shoegaze Dreams on FOTOFORM “Too Late”

There’s a tone on Fotoform‘s new album Horizons that I can only describe in feeling…it pours into my ears like honey and slowly descends my neck, thick with melancholy but somehow flooding my chest with a sweet buoyancy. Their post-punk-dipped dreamgaze is just what I need to immerse myself in the moment. Fotoform draws my mind away from the past and the future to ask me what’s behind each step I take, and who I’m headed for. Today we’re excited to share their new video for “Too Late” off their album Horizons that comes out October 15th — Spotify pre-save here and pre-order it here.

We’ve all experienced moments when boundaries have been crossed, whether by ourselves or someone else, and there’s no going back. Too Late is about that moment of alienation- the point of no return. It’s almost a two-sided monologue, it’s a warning/reminder but also a kind of satisfying break-up song about being strong enough to cut someone off who has wronged you emotionally, romantically, or even professionally: That’s it, you’re cut off. But: “you did it to yourself.
