See these Masterful Thai Film Posters!

Anyone else bored by modern-day movie posters here in North America? I feel like a lot of the time it’s just a black background with a date on it. All the glitz and glamor is saved for the overpriced theatre. I would go to a lot more movies if I saw something like these Thai movie posters. The local artists who interpret the movies for the local audience have made masterpieces of these posters. They look better than the movies themselves, and isn’t that what you want when you’re trying to sell something? A promise of quality that you may or may not be able to live up to, but it doesn’t matter because once you’ve bought the ticket, they’ve made their buck. Discussions of Hollywood’s lack of integrity aside, there is absolutely no doubt that these Thai movie posters more than do justice to the movies they’re promoting.
