As soon as the organ comes in on the new 1782 album, Clamor Luciferi (“the scream of Lucifer”), I know this is going to be one heavy, harrowing sonic offering to the underworld! This Sardinian band takes inspiration from local folklore, and weaves it into blasphemous riff tapestries thick with shadowy fuzz. Their crushing take on stoner doom with just a hint of dirty sludge will make any lover of evil-sounding, ominous occult rock break into a death grin.
