I wanted to make this feature about one band, but that would not be fair to you or the bands, because you need to hear both NOW! Stop whatever you are doing and listen to some of the raddest black metal you will hear this month, brought to by LUBBERT DAS and TURIA, who share members, plus they both release their music on Haeresis Noviomagi. Both bands have created tapes that are a must hear for any elite black metal fan that loves it when bands push the genre forward. LUBBERT DAS and TURIA are on my radar now, and might have earned a spot on our end of the year list for top black metal releases! The emotions that these bands envoke is so pure that I have not been able to stop listening to either release. I have a feeling that after you press play below you just might feel the same way! LUBBERT DAS and TURIA are the kinds of bands that make what we do so much fun. I have to give a shout out to Haxan from Forevercursed for turning me on to TURIA, then from there I found LUBBERT DAS. There are limited amounts of tapes for sale here – I’m not sure if I should be telling you this, because I have not bought mine yet!
