Fly Away on the Dreamy Post Punk of the SUNDER ‘Heaven Can Decide’ EP

Yesterday, SUNDER released their debut Heaven Can Decide EP — get it here. Today I’m gonna need you to listen to this record, because it’s one of my favorite musical experiences of the year. Listening to this EP makes me feel like I’m running across beautiful new wave-tinged clouds. The vocalist sounds like an angel. The electronics sparkle like a dream unfolding all around me, shoegaze tones warm and fuzzy on my skin, post punk rhythms uplifting my energy and sending my mind floating away on a buoyant heartbeat. Heaven Can Decide has got hints of the 80s nostalgia that reminds me of my first explorations into music as a kid, but it’s completely modern at the same time. Check out the EP below and if you’re in the great country of (San Antonio) Texas, catch them live in October with

Heaven Can Decide is an exploration of light and love through rich synth textures, original guitar melodies, & immersive atmospheres.
