Space Out to the post-apocalyptic transhumanist Art of TONNY FURIA

Tonny Furia is a tattoo artist from Mexico City whose art can be best described as digital velvet paintings. I’d also kill to have Furia airbrush my car — how fucking sick would that be! His work gives me an 80s post-apocalyptic transhumanism vibe while still being very much of this era. It reminds me of a lot of my favorite cartoons as a kid — Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meets He-Man meets Thundercats meets Transformers, hosted by Max Headroom.

Furia also has a clothing line called Bye Bye Bad Days that’s sick as hell. Personally, I would love to see a Supreme X Tonny Furia collab, and if that happens, Tonny, remember that I called it! Right now, check out one of my favorite artists I’ve happened across in a while…
