See this Bewitching new MYSTIC PRIESTESS Video

If I had to take only one genre of music to a desert island, I’d have to bring my sweet, sweet deathrock (with lines blurred to include a lot of post-punk). I need the dischord and gloom it invokes to balance out my incessant positive outlook on life. The Bay Area’s MYSTIC PRIESTESShas that somber sound and more, and I’m really digging their 2018 No Tomorrow, Only Today EP! Today I’m stoked to be sharing their new video for the self-titled single off that EP – it’s eerie and bewitching and captivating! So hit play on the “Mystic Priestess” video below (directed by Ötzi’s Akiko Sampson) and check out the full EP right here!

Directed by Akiko Sampson

Produced by Psychic Eye Videos

“Mystic Priestess” written, arranged and produced by MYSTIC PRIESTESS.

Recorded and produced by Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studios, Oakland, California in August 2018.

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
