Even though it’s dark and grey as fuck where I’m at, I’m getting a little piece of summer while I’m watching the new video for Man-Eaters’ “Communal Cortege”! This Chigaco band is taking me back to a time when rock was starting to spread its punk wings! Watching this video for “Communal Cortege” has me laughing and thinking about the people who are trying to live a thankfully bygone era in a superficial and self-abusing kinda way. Especially the last scene has me cracking up…this is real rock n’ roll made by punks who are able to laugh at the absurdities of the human ego! I hope you enjoy this video for “Communal Cortege” as much as I do!
