Listening to Belgium’s avant-garde electronic two-piece Of Blood and Mercury, I can’t help but feel like I’ve entered into a sacred space. Kind of like church, but a real church, a place deeply hidden that uses sound frequencies to communicate its gospel. A place to worship the cosmos and enter into a galaxy of contemplation that can’t be translated into human languages. My brain’s going all these spacey places while I watch their 2021 Roadburn Redux live set called the other side of death — the live recording is being released on September 11th, and you can get it here. Today we’re excited to share their full festival set of the other side of death that premiered at Roadburn…so let their mesmerizing visuals and stunning sounds transport you out of your mundane reality.
