Maina-M. Munsky and Peter Sorge were an artistic duo that created intense art on so many levels. So many of us have our first traumatic experience at birth or in surgery. They captured this sort of pain in their art. Maina-M. Munsky & Peter Sorge were both a part of the German New Realist movement. When I look at their pieces I’m reminded of CRASS covers, but even more intense! Stop what you’re doing, have a look at this art, and go into another world while you’re at it! These two loved each other and out of their love they created art that should be seen by all!
