When an album starts out with a High on Fire-worship riff and hauntingly beautiful vocals, I know I’m gonna love it. That’s how the new LP from DIRT WOMAN drew me in – slick, heavy guitars; slow, smashing drums; and lilting, echoing lyrics, all bounding off the walls of my skull in a deliciously doomy way.
