Feel the Unbelievably Heavy Trip-Hop of CHAOS E.T. SEXUAL “Asile” Video Premiere

CHAOS E.T. SEXUAL‘s sound makes me feel uneasy like I’m waiting for some disaster to sweep through my life. These days I’m trying to be prepared for anything. But their steady beats and trip-hop atmosphere also make their music addictive to listen to. When I watch the video for their song “Asile” I’m swirling in both anxiety and sonic ecstasy, finding myself in an unbelievably heavy atmosphere without the use of the regular heavy metal tropes. The track is off their upcoming album Only Human Crust that comes out via Chien Noir on November 20thpre-order it here. Right now we’re happy to be sharing their video for “Asile” right here, a strange and familiar visual story of predator and prey that only adds to the tension I feel in their music…

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
