I guess since many of you reading this are right now doing so from your couch, it’s not really an NSFW situation. Maybe just make sure no one’s looking over your shoulder while you look at the photographic works of Yasushi Arakawa, the alter-ego of Japanese bondage enthusiast-turned-photographer and publisher, Kai-Ichi Seda. Seda started out as a contributor to the Japanese fetish magazine The Kitan Club (1947-1975), photographing under the name Sakae Nakamiya. In 1977, he started his own S&M magazine called Sun & Moon, and in the decades that followed launched eight more fetish-related publications. I don’t know which one featured this series, “Coloring The Strange Feeling,” but it’s giving me all kinds of ideas for what to do with an indefinite amount of time stuck inside. Hopefully, you find some inspiration, or at least enjoyment, too…
