It’s the new offering from Finnish Black Metal horde VÄKI called Kuolleen Maan Omaksi (Succumbed to the Dead Soil) and it has me damning all the gods! There’s a seedy, groovy rock ‘n roll underbelly that I absolutely adore, but it’s layered under that swarm of locusts feel that makes black metal so ghastly.
