Formed in the Rotten City of Oakland in the summer of 2022. TRENCHER set out to play uncompromising Speed Metal, paying Homage to bands like Iron Angel, Celtic Frost, and Running Wild. They quickly established themselves as a standout in the Bay Area heavy metal community, known for thunderous riffing, twin guitar leads, and aggressive live performance. The band Released its Debut EP “Trench Metal” to the masses in early 2024, and are slated to follow up with a full length album “Skullcrusher” coming in August/early September of 2025 and to lead up to this they’re dropping the video for it today.
The video was directed by Marcelle Marais, produced by TriTonia Films & Marcelle Marais and the director of photography was Jerome Stolly and it gives us everything we desire in our twisted id. Chains, sacrifice, desecration, blaphemy, and ungodlyness to challenge the wack ass religious fundamentalists wreaking havoc and ruining lives worldwide. Luckily for us, we’ve got undivine providence on our side reeling in a sadistic and bellicose death spiral synced to our favorite speed metal melodies.
TRENCHER will be invading Los Angeles, and Sacramento in support of the mighty Morbid Saint. Also playing some local Bay Area shows with Vorlust, Interceptor, and Enforcer. Be sure to keep your mind over metal, and get in the trench!
