Hi, what are you looking for?

See the Bleak Lullaby that Plagues us on LAMENT CITYSCAPE “Among The Dead”

Lament Cityscape makes a soothing yet caustic blend of sounds. Their expansive, atmospheric industrial sludge wraps me in its acidic arms and dissolves my reality until I’m living in a color-blocked universe like they’ve imagined on their new video for “Among The Dead.” It’s off their December 21st, 2020 release The Old Wet EP which you can pick it up via digital download or streaming here. This brilliant video by Neil Corbin paints a bleak image of city life, one of duty, obligation, boredom, shame, addiction. Who hasn’t felt faceless at some point as they blindly follow the path that’s laid out for them by manufactured expectation and consent? Who hasn’t felt fear about how our individuality will be exposed and reacted to? The only way out is the total rejection of the myths that underpin capitalistic freedom and expose its foundations of maimed and mangled bodies. Right now, watch our exclusive premiere of this rad video…
