Hear the Sludge Rage of HERON ‘Time Immemorial’ Album Premiere

Sometimes it feels like the world wants to crush you, so you’ve got to be prepared to crush it back. I’m ready for the apocalypse – I’ve got two rusty milk trucks in my backyard and the new album from HERON to blast while I tear down the streets with Sean riding shotgun holding a shotgun. If you want to hear the rage that’ll be blazing out of my speakers, you’re in luck because today we’re premiering their new record Time Immemorial, coming out via the always stellar Sludgelord Records on May 15th – pre-order it here. This is a fucking rager from start to finish; it comes in dreamy and doomy before it takes your head off with some scathing, sickening sludge. Listen to the full thing right here and now:

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
