Hi, what are you looking for?

Experience the Addictive Psychedelic Stoner Rock of DANAVA Live at The Know PDX

It’s almost halfway through 2022, and as of today, you’ve got two chances to see Portland Rock Wizards DANAVA live! This weekend is your first chance because they’ll be playing both the San Francisco and Los Angeles dates for Heavy Psych Sounds Fest! If you haven’t let your hair down for this band then you’re missing out on a psychedelic stoner rock melee of madness! I found this sweet footage of Danava live at The Know in Portland (RIP), just a year before the venue permanently closed. If you live a breathe guitar solos you’re gonna want to hit play on this, and make sure you’ve got everything lined up for the party this weekend!

HEAVY PSYCH SOUNDS FEST is back with a bang in 2022 and is hitting not one but two cities in North America for Memorial Day weekend! Both Thee Parkside in San Francisco and 1720 club in Los Angeles will host this massive celebration of debauched doom and spaced-out psych on May 28th and 29th — you can get tickets for SF here (all ages!) and tickets for LA here (21+).

The lineup includes heavy rock heavy hitters like Dead Meadow, Weedeater, Bongzilla, Nebula, Danava, The Atomic Bitchwax, -(16)-, and many more. After two years of live sonic sensory deprivation, immerse yourself in the whiskey and acid-soaked atmosphere of Heavy Psych Sounds Fest and you’ll feel like the wait was worth it. Check out the full lineups below and make sure you get your tickets ASAP!
