Hear the noise and terror of DODSSANG TEMPEL “The Callous”

I don’t know how to feel about this project that’s come across our desk from unknown sources. It’s powerful, that’s for sure. Is its power being used for good, or for evil – that’s the question my brain is screaming at me as noise and terror pours into my eardrums. DODSSANG TEMPEL is a crushing power electronics project that just released a new s/t tape on Halloween, and listening to it feels like being trapped in a spirit box. It’s limited to 25 hand numbered copies or on digital via KVP Records – available for pre-order here. If the music wasn’t enough to have my skin crawling in a delicious way, the sickening eye-candy that is their video for “The Callous” has me shivering in morbid delight. Watch it below, and listen to the full release – don’t say you weren’t warned.

Meghan MacRae grew up in Vancouver, Canada, but spent many years living in the remote woods. Living in the shadow of grizzly bears, cougars and the other predators of the wilderness taught her about the dark side of nature, and taught her to accept her place in nature's order as their prey. She is co-founder of CVLT Nation.
