A Depressingly Happy Video Premiere:
Sinister Bodies of Water “When The Knife Calls”

I have always been a fan of quiet music with the power of loud music, and Sinister Bodies of Water hits this mark on many levels. It’s hard to describe, but their sound is lo-fi folk blues smoothed out with a depressing happiness – captivating in its mellow heaviness. Soothing and saddening, a darkness I want to float away on. CVLT Nation is stoked to share with you their new visual “When The Knife Calls,” shot and directed by Kitchener, ON’s Torin Langen. Their new LP When The Knife Calls is out December 21st on Out Of Sound Records.
